When I change the title of a topic and, while the save status is still "Saving," I start editing the body, the changes don’t save and a save error appears. In the same scenario, sometimes there’s no visible error, but:

• The publish button doesn’t get enabled.
• The last save time indicates the changes weren’t saved.

I recall we previously disabled editing while auto-saving to prevent this kind of conflict, but it seems that’s no longer in place.
